A slight change to our normal policy here and hopefully some good news for our customers.
We would normally write to you at the end of February to advise of our annual CPI price adjustment, which typically takes effect from 1 April each year.
However, given the current economic conditions, we have decided to hold our pricing for a further six months, with the next review now scheduled for 1 September.
Like many businesses, we continue to face ongoing cost increases. One of the most significant has been our natural gas costs, which have risen by approximately 54%, increasing from around $15,000 per month to $27,000–$28,000. While our Terms of Trade allow for an annual CPI adjustment (3.1% this year), we feel it is important to support our customers during what remains a challenging time, particularly here in Auckland.
We greatly value the relationships we have built with our customers and sincerely appreciate your continued support. We will review the situation again later in the year and keep you informed of any future changes.
Reminder to Customers – Staff List & Garment Returns
This is a friendly reminder for customers to please review your monthly invoices and notify us in writing if any staff members listed are no longer employed by your business.
Each month we provide a staff list showing the employees you are currently paying rental garments for. It is important that departing staff are advised to us at the time they leave.
Early notification gives everyone the best opportunity to ensure all issued garments are returned, helping to avoid any lost garment charges being invoiced after the event. It also allows us to stop rental charges immediately for those employees.
We appreciate your assistance in keeping these records up to date.
