We're pleased to announce the launch of our new garment repair system, which we are rolling out in the early new year, which uses customised QR codes to make the process of requesting garment repairs more efficient and user-friendly.
When the system is rolled out user will be supplied QR code to display in their locker rooms and other facilities. When a customer uses the QR code they will be taken directly to our Garment Repair form which will be partially populated for them so they will only need to add a few more details to complete the form to tell us about the repair needed.
We’ll be getting in touch in the new year to share more details with you about this system, which we hope will make garment repairs much easier for you and your team.
