Microchip collapsible hangers, eight lane sorting loop, touchscreen repair identifiers and so on, it all sounds pretty impressive…“But it’s what ends up in the customer’s locker rooms that really matters” says Pryors MD Brett Homan. “Pryors have always taken pride in the finished garment, but we knew the new K-Sort assembly line would take us to a whole new level of finish”. The new system gives Pryors the ability to check garments more thoroughly through the new inspection stations (garments that are not up to stringent cleaning standards are re-washed). All repairs are identified and directed to one of three repair stations, whilst an eight lane sorting loop ensures the right garments are getting to the right employee.
